PMCO is hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor in Jefferson, Georgia!

• Day Shift
• $82K in the on target earnings ($65K base OT Bonus)

Job Description

This is a hands-on position that coordinates and leads activities done by maintenance technicians. These activities include maintenance, repair, and installation of machines in the plant. The individual in this position should act as a leader and push for safe work practices. They should work to maximize efficiency in the maintenance process.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and plan maintenance effectively, keep a minimal amount of work backlog, and ensure that PMs are compliant
• Read schematics when needed to troubleshoot machine issues including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
• Keep inventory of maintenance parts and supplies and interact with suppliers when necessary
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed

Qualifications

• 3 years of Maintenance Supervisory experience
• Strong in the use of Microsoft Programs
• Experience providing maintenance on low-pressure boilers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, and forklifts.
